We thoughtfully design each retreat to offer a harmonious blend of intentional activities and spacious downtime. Every experience is carefully chosen to complement the overall theme and atmosphere—but nothing is ever mandatory. You're free to participate as much or as little as you’d like. Whether you choose full immersion or quiet reflection, this space is yours.

Past offerings have included Restorative Yoga, Sound Bath Healing, Herbal Salve Making, Styled Photo Sessions, Professional Headshots, Creative Group Shoots, and more—each one curated to reflect the location’s unique charm and nurture your creative and soulful well-being.

Education

Intentional Education to Inspire Your Art and Life
Each REFRESH retreat offers a thoughtfully crafted educational experience designed to spark creativity and deepen your connection to both your work and yourself. While the exact theme for our upcoming retreat is still in development, past topics have included exploring the power of the five senses in our art and everyday life, as well as a deep dive into color theory through a hands-on workbook and guided discussion. You can expect comprehensive, soul-filling content that blends artistic exploration with personal reflection—always tailored to meet you right where you are.

Along with the luxury lodging, we offer thoughtful, nourishing home-cooked meals so you don’t have to worry about any meals while you’re with us.

Several creative shootout opportunities give you the freedom to explore, try something new and/or apply something you have learned without the pressures of having to deliver a final gallery.

Another hit is our professional headshots day. Bring your most “you” outfit and something special, we’ll capture your personality perfectly!

Shared Rooms – $2450
While you'll be sharing a room, you’ll always have your own bed. Once your contract is signed, you'll be able to choose your preferred room from the available options.

Single Rooms – $2850
While you'll be guaranteed a room to yourself, bed sizes may vary—from a cozy twin to a spacious king.

Payment Details
An $800 initial payment secures your spot.
The second payment of $1000 will be due by 3/1/26
The final balance is due on or before 6/15/26.

Yes! This is a business expense.
We’re happy to provide an invoice for your records to use for tax purposes.

A Space That Feels Like Exhale
While the exact home for our next retreat has yet to be selected, you can trust it will align with the intentional, cozy, and elevated atmosphere our past attendees have come to expect. We carefully choose homes that are beautifully designed, full of natural light, and thoughtfully appointed to foster rest, connection, and creativity. From spacious common areas to serene bedrooms, every detail is chosen to make you feel cared for and inspired the moment you walk in the door.

NOTE: We are researching Colorado mountain towns for this retreat. Flying into Denver International Airport (DEN) is suggested. The final home will probably be a 3-4 hour (BEAUTIFUL!) drive from the airport. It is recommended that you coordinate with other participants traveling from out of town to combine expenses and share a rental car and commute together.

  • This retreat is for you if:

    • You’re a photographer seeking both creative inspiration and business clarity

    • You want to grow in community, not isolation

    • You’re craving a space where you can be both a student and an artist

    • You believe education, connection, and self-care can coexist beautifully

  • Fully defined in the contract, the cancellation policy states due to the nature and financial commitment of these events, participants understand their investment is non-refundable and non-transferable to another event. The attendee is responsible for the final balance or finding a replacement attendee to take over their contract.

  • REFRESH does not provide travel insurance. It is recommended that you purchase your own.

  • Transportation is NOT included in the investment listed above. You are responsible for your own airfare and any rental car or taxi transportation fees. It is very common for our participants to coordinate travel/arrival times and to share a rental van, minimizing expenses.

    ***IT IS VERY LIKELY THAT THE RENTAL HOME WE SELECT WILL BE A 3-4 HOUR COMMUTE FROM THE MAIN AIRPORT (DEN).
